    Later proceed for sightseeing of Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and if time permits then Visit to a Sikh Temple.( Bangla Sahib)

  2. Day 2Delhi - Agra (203 KMS – 4.30 HRS APPROX)

    Check out and drive to Agra, enroute visit Sikandra. Visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

    Overnight in Agra

    Agra has found its mention in the famous Hindu epic Mahabharat as the forest of Agraban close to Mathura. Badal Singh founded the city in 1475. Sikandar Lodhi made Agra his capital city. Later, Babur defeated the Lodhis to capture the city situated on the banks of River Yamuna and thus, the long association of Mughals with Agra started. The Mughal love of architecture translated into beautiful monuments such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Sikandra. Visit World famous one of the Wonder of the World TAJ MAHAL, built by Shah - Jehan in memory of his beloved wife MUMTAJ. Experience Tonga ride on the way to Taj Mahal, pulled by horses. Also visit Agra Fort- The fort is built alongside the Yamuna river and stretches almost 2.5 km. It consists of a wall built in red sandstone and several buildings inside.
     
    Akbar started building his own mausoleum, near Agra, that was to be a perfect blend of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist and Jain designs and motifs, bespeaking of his religious tolerance and secular views. However, he could not complete it and died. Thus, his son Jehangir completed his tomb, popularly known as Sikandra after Sikandra Lodi, who established the community where Akbar's Tomb is located. Jehangir made quite a number of alterations in the original plan, in keeping with the development of Mughal art and architecture. The tomb has three-storeyed red sandstone minarets displaying wondrous inlay work of marble on.
     
    The four corners of the building. 'Langurs', black-faced monkeys have found a safe haven in the beautiful gardens surrounding the mausoleum and often stray to the walkways too. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. In the evening make a short visit to Agra Cottage Industry which have a large collection of variety of handicrafts like tribal crafts in brass and copper wares, paper machine, wooden handicrafts, toys and gift items.

  3. Day 3Agra - Jaipur 

    After breakfast, proceed to Jaipur. En-route Fatehpur Sikri
     
    After Lunch, Visit the Royal City Palace, The Observatory and Jantar Mantar

    Free time for Shopping incase required

    Overnight in Jaipur
     
    The buildings within Fatehpur Sikri are a unique blend of different architectural traditions. Though the general layout and concept of the buildings conform to the Islamic style of architecture, the actual buildings (mainly palaces), their ornate columns, arches, carving style, etc., show a strong Hindu style in general and that of Gujarat and Rajasthan in particular.

     

  4. Day 4Jaipur - Jaipur 

    Morning after early breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort . You have a choice of going on top of the Fort on Elephant back or by Jeep.
     
    After Lunch ,visit Jagmandir, Chamber of glittering mirrors or the temple of Goddess Kali, and drives past Hawa Mahal (the wind palace).
     
    In the evening a Short visit to Chowki dani Village, followed by Rajasthani Dinner

  5. Day 5Jaipur - Delhi 6 hrs

    After breakfast drive by surface to Delhi.
     
    Upon arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities.
     
    In the evening visit a famous traditional market called Dilli Haat. Situated in the heart of Delhi, the unique Dilli Haat is an upgraded version of the traditional weekly market, offering a delightful amalgam of craft, food and cultural activities. However, while the village Haat is a mobile, flexible arrangement, at Dilli Haat, a permanent Haat, it is the craftsmen who are mobile and ever - changing thereby offering a kaleidoscopic view of the richness and diversity of Indian handicrafts and artifacts.

  6. Day 6Delhi - Delhi 

    After breakfast proceed for a guided city tour of Old & New Delhi.
     
    Visit the Historical landmark Red fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat
    Experience Rickshow ride at Old Delhi during sightseeing.
     
    Drive past India Gate, Parliament & President House and Diplomatic area.
     
    If time permits, visit to the Hamayun's Tomb

  7. Day 7Delhi  

    After breakfast proceed for half-day visit to the Akshardham Temple of New Delhi.
     
    In the afternoon on time you will be transferred by our representative to Delhi airport to board flight for onward journey.
     
    Akshardham is built in an architectural. style similar to that of the Akshardham temple of Gandhinagar in Gujarat, India. Its construction is based on the ancient Sthaapatya shastras of India and it is built without steel, entirely out of sandstone and marble. it is situated on the banks of the River Yamuna. Delhi Akshar Dham Mandir was inaugurated in November'05 in the presence of President APJ Abdul Kalam. It is spread over an area of 100 acres and took about two years to complete.
